Full or Partial Restoration with Implants

Stage 1 – Initial Treatment

(up to 5 working days)

• Extractions (if necessary) under anesthesia and intravenous sedation.
• Implant placement.
• Taking digital impressions and making temporary bridges.
• Cementation of temporary bridges within 72 hours of surgery.

Materials: Temporary bridges are made of high-quality polymer, made with CAD/CAM technology.

Adaptation Period

6 to 18 months — The gums adapt and change shape. The goal is to achieve optimal contact of the bridge with the gum.

Stage 2 – Permanent Solution

(after 6 to 18 months from the initial surgery, 10 working days)

• Fabrication of permanent hybrid bridges that conform to the new shape of the gums.

Materials: Biocompatible polymer with a metal skeleton (stronger and more aesthetic than metal-ceramic and zirconium).
