   Surgery

   Extractions and implant placement under IV sedation (~3 hours)

   Your full surgical session takes place in one visit. A qualified anesthesiologist administers IV sedation alongside local anesthesia, so the procedure is painless and you remain comfortable throughout extractions and implant placement for both jaws.

   Typically on day 3, your temporary bridges are ready. They are carefully adjusted for bite, comfort, and aesthetics, then permanently fixed onto your implants — so you leave the clinic with fixed teeth, not a removable denture.

What are clinic hours in Sofia?

In-clinic appointments run Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM Sofia time (EET/EEST). Message us outside those hours and we will respond as soon as we can.
